- Airplane:
There are 2 airports in Tokyo, one is Narita as international airport and another is Haneda as mainly use as domestic airport. Fly from Haneda to Misawa airport, it takes about 70 min.
If you arrive at Misawa airport, use public bus, taxi or a rent-a-car for Hachinohe city, it takes about 35min.
- Train:
Take Shinkansen (Hayate line) as Japanese express train from Tokyo station to Hachinohe station, it takes about 3 hours without any transfer.
If you arrive at Hachinohe station, use public bus, taxi or a rent-a-car for Hachinohe city, it takes about 20min.
