- June 1971:
- Established Yasuda Seiko Co, Ltd, and started production of poly variable capacitors.
- April 1978:
- Changed the corporate name to Andes Electric Co., Ltd. Started mass production of printers, CD players and other products.
- September 1982:
- Hachinohe Plant was established. (the current head office).
- July 1992:
- Started production and sales of air purifiers.
- May 1995:
- Started full-scale mass production of liquid crystal color filters.
- August 1998:
- Established the Tokyo Branch Office.
- September 2001:
- Announced the air ion-related equipment of the "inti" series.
- November 2001:
- Started sales of air ion counters and other products.
June 2002: Launched air purifiers equipped with titanium oxide photocatalyst of the "Refreshing Breeze from Green Forest" series. - June 2002:

- Awarded as the best medium-small 300 companies by the Ministry of Economy.
- September 2006:
- Air Cleaner, Bio Micron, One-seg receiver module, Air cleaner module were launched.
- January 2007:
- Received the Award for Bio Micron with Aomori Industrial Design Prize.
- March 2007:
- One of the engineers was certified as an industrial master by Aomori prefecture.
- July 2007:
- Photocatalytic air cleaning equipment delivered in the smoking room in the 700 series New bullet train of JR Tokai Co., Ltd..
